Cheapasmokes.com only delivers to UK postage destinations. Our shipping rates start at just £2.75 for single packets of tobacco for example.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48 are best effort delivery options and are not guaranteed in any way. No refunds can be given for delays on these Tracked 24/48 options.
Cigarette & Tobacco Delivery Prices and insurance are as follows;
Royal Mail Tracked 24 from £3.25 (Large Letter) £3.99 (Parcel) - Insured up to £150
Royal Mail Tracked 48 From £2.75 (Large Letter) £3.49 (Parcel) - Insured up to £150
Royal Mail Special Delivery from £7.49 - Insured up to £750
It is imperative you insure your parcel to the correct amount.
Bulky Items
When you get to the checkout area of the shop, you will have a number of postage options. If you are buying large or bulky items, these can only be shipped as small parcels, and not as large letters. For certain items also, they will be delivered in small boxes to protect the items from being damaged in transit.
Cigarettes & Tobacco Delivery: Same Day Dispatch
Cheapasmokes endeavours to dispatch all orders the same day if you order before 2pm, Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and on other days Royal Mail are not collecting post. In the unlikely event that your ordered item is out of stock, you will be notified within 12/24 hours on receipt of approved payment.
Royal Mail states on their website: "Although we aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day after posting, we are unable to provide a guaranteed service. For guaranteed next day delivery we recommend Special Delivery Guaranteed™.

Royal Mail requires many of our items to be packaged in secure packaging to prevent damage in transit. We only use standard packaging on all our items to minimise damage to our items and costs to ourselves.
Royal Mail Postage Options
We offer 4 postage options. Tracked 24 & 48 and Special Delivery, plus the addition of DPD. Offering the customer the best value and service for online tobacco and cigarettes delivery is our main priority.

Our most popular service, where you the customer can track your item and sign for it on delivery at your home or designated delivery destination.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
If you choose this option Monday-Friday, Royal Mail guarantees that your delivery will reach you the following day by 1pm. If you choose this option on a weekend 'Saturday & Sunday', your item will be dispatched the next working day, (Monday). Cheapasmokes classes this option as a 1-2 day service, and will no longer be able to claim refunds on the customers behalf unless it is delayed by more than 48 hours.

Cheapasmokes has branches all over the North West & North East of the UK, in towns such as Oldham, Halifax, Leigh and Newcastle to name just several. You can also purchase your desired item/s safely and securely in one of our branches.
Lost Delivery
Royal Mail's guidelines stipulate that we must allow 15 working days before considering a parcel as lost. In the past, Cheapasmokes.com considers an item lost after 7 working days and does not expect the item to be delivered. Royal Mail stipulates as mentioned above that we must wait 15 days before logging a claim. We understand 7-15 working days is a long time to wait for your item, and Cheapasmokes.com will work with the customer to resolve the situation.
All our Royal Mail options are fully tracked and photographed on delivery, and Signature in the case of high value orders. If an item is logged as posted and delivered to your chosen address (Cheapasmokes.com can send proof to you the customer), our responsibility ends there. Any further disputes about lost items MUST be taken up with Royal Mail.
